Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 has been dubbed the most successful film of 2011 after making mega cash at the box office since its opening weekend.
The final film in the wizard series has been named a "global phenomenon" by Warner Brothers execs.
"This is another incredible milestone for the last chapter of this historic film series, and for the Harry Potter franchise as a whole."
Deathly Hallows: Part 2 brought in $1.1 billion worldwide, making it the third-highest grossing film of all time, following Avatar ($2.7 billion) and Titanic ($1.8 billion).
Meanwhile part one of the final Twilight film hits cinemas in November. Do you think this will surpass the Harry Potter sales?
